Dr. Devin Stewart, DDS

Maxillofacial Prosthodontist

Dr. Stewart is happy to be back on the Central Coast after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Kinesiology.  Immediately upon graduation from Cal Poly, Dr. Stewart entered dental school at University of the Pacific School of Dentistry (Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentisry) in San Francisco and graduated in 2003 in the top 10 percent of her class with honors.  Dr. Stewart was one of 3 residents accepted to UCLA for a 3 year post-graduate study in the specialty of Prosthodontics, the study of treatment planning complex cases, use and application of dental materials and restoration of teeth (from single tooth to full mouth rehabilitation).  Dr. Stewart then completed an additional year of study at UCLA in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, the treatment of head and neck cancers, trauma and cleft palate. Dr. Stewart has successfully challenged and completed her board certification and is a Board Certified Prosthodontist.

Dr. Stewart began her career in Newport Beach working alongside Drs. Sheets, Paquette and Wu for 7 years.  She also taught in the Removable Department at UCLA for 2 years. While in Newport Beach, Dr. Stewart was involved in research on a medical device aimed at detecting cracks, fractures and instabilities in teeth.  During this time, she published two articles in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, a peer reviewed journal. Dr. Stewart also teamed up with Drs. Sheets, Paquette and Wu to publish a chapter in “Ronald E. Goldstein’s Esthetics in Dentistry, Third Edition”.  Dr. Stewart also helped teach and facilitate courses in Dental Microscopy at the Newport Coast Oral Facial Institute.

In addition to her passion for dentistry, Dr. Stewart loves pouring into her family.  She married Steve in 2004 and together they have 3 children, a son and 2 daughters. They like to spend time together- be it the beach, mountains or camping, where ever the adventure takes them, as long as it’s together.

Nikki, Office Manager/Financial Coordinator

Nikki was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to the Central Coast 24 years ago. Nikki has been with our office since 1997 and serves as our Office Manager and Financial Coordinator. She works hard to make every single patient she comes into contact with feel welcome and comfortable during their visit. NIkki expedites every claim for processing and is impeccable with her bookkeeping skills. Outside the office she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with friends.

Susan, Schedule Coordinator

Susan is a Central Coast native and has had the pleasure of working in our office for since 1997. She started out as a dental assistant and then transferred that knowledge to the front office where she has been the Schedule Coordinator for the past 20+ years. Susan works very hard to accommodate patients and assist them scheduling any appointment at our office or any referring doctors office. One of her favorite parts of her job is seeing lives transformed by the care they receive as well as watching families grow and multiply. Patients are not just patients, they are friends.

Andrea, RDA

Having grown up on the Central Coast, Andrea brings not only a world of knowledge professionally, but also personally of the area and the best places to dine. Andrea has been in the dental field for over 12 years. An encourager at heart, Andrea makes every patient feel valued and comfortable during their visits with her gentle touch and warm smile. She loves to see lives transformed by dentistry and is excited to be a part of that journey with each patient. Andrea is married with 2 amazing children. She also enjoys baking and finding new recipes. In her spare time, you might find Andrea at the beach or at “you pick farms.”
